FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where can I buy YISHION apparel?

Official YISHION apparel and merchandise is available at our retail stores and includes sub-brands such as Y:2, YISHION KIDS and teebox. YISHION has a presence of 11 stores in Singapore.

2. Can I get a refund for YISHION apparel purchased/How do I exchange YISHION products?

Unfortunately, we do not accept return of merchandise. However, you may exchange your purchased apparel within 7 days by ensuring that the price tag is still intact and with proof of receipt. YISHION reserves the right to reject exchanges beyond 7 days from purchase date, or for items which are not in their original condition. Exchanges are also not allowed for sales items.

3. Can I order a product over the phone?

Unfortunately, product sales can only be done in our retail stores. You may however, reserve an apparel over the phone and make the purchase within the next day. We regret to inform that reserved items not paid for by the following day will be placed back on the rack for sale.
