Yes, you have the option to choose click and collect at YISHION Junction 8.
While your order is being packed and processed, you’ll see ‘In Progress’ in your Order History. Once your order has been shipped, our logistics partner will send a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can input on this website (https://tracker.janio.asia/) to track your order.
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order, including the recipient details or delivery address. Please email us at [email protected] immediately once you spot an error. We will try our best to assist you. 
Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX. We also offer Buy Now Pay Later solution with Atome.
Your card will be charged the foreign exchange rates according to your card network's charges.
No, adding the items into your shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase.

If you place an order at 11 am or later on a Friday it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday the order will not start processing until Tuesday.

*Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped. Kindly note that processing time and shipping time can take longer during sale and peak season. 
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to cancel the order. 

Returns


Returns can be made by filling up this Return Form and via the following methods:

Return In-Store:

Return to any store in Singapore (click here to view all stores)

Pack your items(s) together with the completed Return Form.

Head down to our stores within 7 days from the day you receive your parcel.

Store credit will be added to your account within 14 business days from when we receive your returned item(s) in the warehouse.

Return Via Courier:

Pack the item(s) together with completed Return Form in a sealed package/parcel. Please note that postage will be borne at your own cost. 

Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to: Yishion Singapore Pte. Ltd 3014A Ubi Road 1 #06-14. Singapore 40870. Your return must be made within 7 days from the day you receive your parcel.

Store credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your item(s) in the warehouse.

Exchanges

Exchanges will not be carried out in-stores, unless wrong item/size was delivered.

For exchanges, please pack the item(s) together with completed Return Form and return in our stores or via courier. Please refer to the above for more detailed instructions. You can place a new order online to secure your items.
The apparel must be in unworn, unwashed and unused condition with original tags/labels attached.

Returns are only applicable on regular priced items. Not applicable to sale items. 

Exchanges will not be carried out in-stores. An exchange form must be filled out and printed out in order for us to accept the exchange. Only 1 exchange is allowed for each item and all exchanges are final. Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
For incorrect/defective items received in Singapore, customers are allowed to exchange within 7 days from day you received the parcel. Please refer to tabs above for instructions on how to return/exchange received items.
